It is using exemplification and imagery that the subject is reflected. The persecution is in simply utilization of power or force. In the sonnet â€Å"As I Grew Older† by Langston Hughes depicts about a dark young lady that had a fantasy, yet this fantasy was gradually vanishing from her. She didn’t have enough opportunity and she generally needs it to through. The creator in the sonnet is avoiding persecution by covering up in the storage room. Additionally Hughes utilizes some abstract gadgets, for example, imagery and exemplification. By saying the words the â€Å"wall rose† Langston Hughes indicating representation on the grounds that the divider can’t develop. Jacobs utilize a similar topic and the both have mistreatment. The creators both arrangement with abuse by getting through it. Likewise the both sonnet and the story have similar thoughts and emotions about their issues.
